Customer no show up policy

If a customer fails to show up for a schedules surf lesson without a minimum prior notice of 24 hours, they will lose their lesson and will be charged the full deposit, no refund or reschedulling will be offered.

We kindly request that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you are unable to attend your scheduled lesson. This allows us to accommodate other customers who might be on a waiting list.

Cancellation policy

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the schedule lesson will be eligible for a full refund or schedulling at no additional cost.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the schedule lesson will not be eligible for a refund, however we may offer the option to reschedule depending on availability

In case of unforseen circunstances such us inclement weather or unsafe surf conditions we reverse the right to cancell lessons for the safety of out customers and instructors. In such case customers will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.

Refund policy

Refunds will be issued in the same original form of payment. We wont refund any many if the customer decide not to get into the water when conditions are in fair conditions according to the instructor expertise. If the customer can´t achieve their personal goal in the sufing lesson there is no refund. We try to do our best for making you learn in the short time but the success of the surf lessons is on you and there is no refund if you get sickness during the trip.

Disclaimer

Surfing involves inherent risks associated with the ocean conditions and natural elements. While our instructors are highly trained proffesional dedicated to ensuring your safety, it´s important to recognize that surfing takes place in dynamics environments beyond our control.

By participating in our surf lessons, you acknowledge and accept these risks. Cabo Surf Experience, it´s instructos, and affiliates will not be held liable for any injuries, damages or losses sustained during or as a result of surfing lessons.

We strongly recommned following the instrucions and guidance provided by our instructors and adhering to safety protocols at all time to minimize risk.
